Cancellation + Missed Appointment Policy

At OAK+IVY we require 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. The fee for cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice is 50% of the amount of the service being cancelled. If you fail to show up for an appointment without letting us know, we charge 100% of the appointment cost.
